ABOUT IE CODE
All entities in India involved in the import or export of goods/services from India would be required to obtain IE Code from the Director General of Foreign Trade, Ministry of Commerce and Industries, Government of India.
No Renewal Required
Applying IE Code is one-time process requires no renewal. Hence, IE Code is Life Time registration.
No Returns Filling
IE Code neither requires any kind of returns filling nor any further procedural compliances.
AD Code
Authorized dealer code required for customs clearance while exporting goods outside India. It can be obtained from the bank.
